1. Collection of Health & Contact Information
When you schedule a consultation or submit your medical records via our digital portals, we collect necessary personal details (patient name, age group, phone number, geographic district, health concern notes, and attached lab test files).
This data is collected solely for the clinical purpose of providing individualized homeopathic evaluation, managing appointment logistics, and coordinating follow-up consultations.
We collect the minimum information necessary for effective clinical care. We do not request sensitive personal information beyond what is clinically relevant to your homeopathic consultation.
2. Non-Disclosure & Medical Confidentiality
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share patient medical data, phone numbers, or clinical histories with any commercial third party, marketing agency, or pharmaceutical distributor.
Your health details are accessed exclusively by Dr. S. N. Bharti and authorized clinic coordination personnel bound by strict professional confidentiality obligations.
In the rare event that anonymized clinical data is used for educational case studies or publications, explicit written patient consent is obtained separately and independently from the treatment consent process.
Patient identity is never disclosed in any public-facing content without documented, voluntary, written consent from the patient or their legal guardian.
3. Digital Security & Record Retention
Digital consultation intake data is transmitted using modern SSL/TLS encryption. Physical case files and consultation notes stored at our Lakhisarai clinic are safeguarded in secure clinical archives.
Patients retain the right to request a summary of their recorded case history or request updates to their registered contact numbers by contacting the clinic desk directly.
We maintain patient records for the duration necessary to provide ongoing clinical care and comply with applicable medical record retention guidelines. Records are not retained indefinitely without clinical purpose.
4. WhatsApp & Digital Communication Privacy
When patients share diagnostic reports, photographs, or health information via WhatsApp for remote consultations, these communications are treated with the same confidentiality standards as in-person submissions.
We do not share WhatsApp conversations, patient photographs, or diagnostic report images with any external parties. All digital submissions are used exclusively for clinical evaluation purposes.
We recommend patients use personal (not shared) devices when submitting sensitive medical information via digital channels.
5. Third-Party Service Limitations
Our website uses standard web hosting and analytics services that may collect anonymized, non-identifying browsing data (page views, device type, geographic region). This data does not include any personal health information.
The Google Maps embed on our Contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not collect any location data from this embed.
We do not use patient health data for advertising, remarketing, or any commercial purpose whatsoever.
6. Patient Rights Under This Policy
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and request a summary of your clinical records.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal information in your file.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legitimate clinical record retention obligations.
You have the right to withdraw consent for any future data collection or communication at any time by contacting the clinic desk.
You have the right to file a complaint regarding data handling practices with the clinic administration.
7. Policy Updates & Contact for Privacy Concerns
This privacy policy is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in applicable regulations and clinical practices. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

Common Questions About Medicine Safety & Data Privacy
Clear, evidence-guided answers to common questions regarding homeopathic consultations, safety, and clinic procedures.
No. Genuine homeopathic remedies are prepared in accordance with the official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia through systematic potentization (ultra-dilution) using pure lactose or medical-grade alcohol. Dr. S. N. Bharti prescribes only verified, standardized remedies with zero added corticosteroids.
Yes. Because homeopathic remedies are ultra-diluted, gentle, and non-toxic, they are exceptionally safe for pediatric, geriatric, and pregnant patients under professional homeopathic supervision.
In rare instances, a brief, mild, temporary intensification of symptoms (homeopathic aggravation) may occur as the body's self-healing mechanisms are stimulated. This is generally a positive clinical sign of vitality response and settles smoothly.
Genuine homeopathic remedies are dispensed through licensed pharmacies and qualified practitioners. Dr. Bharti dispenses remedies directly from standardized homeopathic pharmacopoeia-compliant stock. The remedies are small, sweet-tasting pills (globules) made of lactose/sucrose, or liquid dilutions in medical-grade alcohol — never tablets with chemical coatings or strong bitter tastes that might indicate adulteration.
Because homeopathic remedies are highly diluted (often beyond Avogadro's number in higher potencies), they contain negligible original substance. Allergic reactions to correctly prepared and prescribed homeopathic remedies are extremely rare. However, patients with known lactose intolerance should inform Dr. Bharti, as the globule base is typically lactose or sucrose.
Homeopathic remedies do not pharmacologically interfere with chemotherapy drugs. However, treating patients undergoing active cancer therapy requires extremely careful constitutional assessment. Dr. Bharti provides supportive complementary care only, and always in coordination with the patient's primary oncologist. Homeopathy is NOT a substitute for cancer treatment.
When stored properly (away from heat, sunlight, strong odors, and moisture), homeopathic remedies maintain their efficacy for extended periods. Most commercially dispensed remedies carry expiry dates of 3-5 years. However, the potentized energy of the remedy can last much longer under ideal storage conditions. Always check the dispensing date and follow storage instructions.
Inform Dr. Bharti if you are scheduled for dental work or surgery. In most cases, homeopathic remedies can be continued before and after procedures. Specific pre-operative and post-operative constitutional support may also be provided. For the day of surgery, follow your surgeon's fasting and medication instructions as the primary guideline.
Strong aromatic substances like camphor (found in some balms and ointments), menthol, eucalyptus oil, and strong essential oils can potentially interfere with remedy action. Excessive coffee consumption may affect some patients. We recommend maintaining a clean palate for 15 minutes before and after taking remedies and avoiding camphor-based products during treatment.
Dr. Bharti sources remedies from established, licensed homeopathic pharmacies that prepare medicines according to the official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of India. Remedies are stored in temperature-controlled, light-protected conditions at the clinic. The dispensing process follows standardized protocols to maintain potency integrity.
