Yes. The consultation room is located on the ground floor for easy access. We do not have stairs to navigate for the main consultation area. Elderly patients and those with mobility limitations are comfortably accommodated.

Outstation patients submit their health concerns and photographs of past diagnostic reports through our online wizard or WhatsApp. After coordinator scheduling, Dr. S. N. Bharti conducts a comprehensive phone/video consultation, followed by courier dispatch of prescribed remedies with dosage guidelines.

We maintain the same clinical depth and documentation standards for remote consultations. However, certain conditions — particularly those requiring physical palpation (joint mobility assessment, abdominal examination) or direct skin lesion evaluation — may benefit from at least one in-person visit. Dr. Bharti will honestly advise if an in-person evaluation is recommended.

After your remote consultation, our clinic coordinator arranges courier dispatch of the prescribed remedies with a written prescription card containing detailed dosage instructions, storage guidelines, and dietary recommendations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be communicated by the coordinator.

Yes. Established patients can have their follow-up reviews conducted via phone or video call. However, we recommend at least one in-person review every 3-6 months for comprehensive clinical reassessment, especially for conditions involving structural changes visible on imaging.

We serve remote patients from across India — including Patna, Ranchi, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other cities. We have also assisted patients from neighboring countries. Geographic distance is not a barrier to quality constitutional homeopathic care.

No special app is required. Most remote consultations are conducted via WhatsApp video call or regular phone call. If you prefer, we can arrange a Google Meet or Zoom session. A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the consultation are recommended.

Consultation fees for remote and in-person visits are comparable, as the clinical depth and doctor's time investment are the same. Additional courier/shipping charges for remedy delivery are separate and will be communicated transparently by the coordinator.
